How to Parry

Attack During the Enemy's Attack Animation

Hit the enemy's attack to perform a parry with Hornet. The needle's hitbox must hit the enemy's weapon to succeed.

When successful, a distinct metal clinking sound can be heard, and Hornet will not take damage from the attack.

Use Cross Stitch

The Cross Stitch Silk Skill consumes Silk to enter a parry stance. When an enemy attacks during the stance, Hornet will negate the damage and immediately perform a counterattack.

they are attacking upwards. The turn happens because they are holding that direction between attacks to keep from colliding with the boss

why does the parry example turn around before parrying? If basic attack = parry, then dont turn... attack and parry at the same time. Unless hitting the boss = it cant be a parry, so it must hit only the weapon hit box?
