Yarnaby is part of the Rite of Rebirth wish. After obtaining the Twisted Bud and getting infected with the parasite, head to Yarnaby in Greymoor. She'll offer to cure your ailment by completing her wish, Infestation Operation.

Infestation Operation is the Yarnaby's wish that you need to fulfill to cure of the ailment that you obtained from the Twisted Bud. It requires you to find Benjin and Crull in Sinner's Road and purchase the Steel Spines from them for 260 Rosaries.

Once you obtain the Steel Spines, head back to Yarnaby in Greymoor to remove the Twisted Bud parasite to receive the Witch Crest.
