A large bug running on a treadmill that powers the Underworks.

Run on the Treadmill to Get 1 Rosary

Treadmill near Loam

If you attempt to run on the treadmill beside Loam, you will receive 1 Rosary after a few seconds have passed. Running also causes Loam to stop to take a rest before resuming when you exit the treadmill.

Dies in Act 3

If you have interacted with Loam in Act 2 and progressed the game in Act 3, you will him dead on his treadmill, crushed under the boulders.
