All Lindwyrm Locations and How to Get

Lindwyrm are serpent creatures that can be found inside Yggdrasil rifts throughout the realm. Read on to learn how to unlock The Lost Lindwyrms, the location of all Lindywrms, and the rewards for bringing them back to Ratatoskr.

How to Get "The Lost Lindwyrms" Favor

Obtained After Completing "The Word of Fate" Favor

You can obtain the "The Lost Lindwyrms" favor once you complete the "The Word of Fate" and have talked to Ratatoskr at Yggdrasil. He'll give you a Wyrm Tra and ask you to capture 6 Lindwyrms, 4 in Svartalfheim and 2 in Vanaheim.

To capture the Wyrms, you need to find a rift where the Wyrms are hiding. Interacting with one of these rifts will trigger a QTE where Kratos will attempt to capture it as it struggles to break free.

All Lindwyrm Location

Alberich Hollow, Svartalfheim

One of the rifts can be found inside a cave at the center of Alberich Hollow in Svartalfheim. You can get there by entering through a cave and climbing up a ledge to get to the rift.

Alberich Island, Svartalfheim

You can find another rift at the Alberich Island where you will need to use your Draupnir Spear obtained later in the story to get to the area where the rift is.

The Forge, Svartalfheim

You can find another rift located at the western side of the forge. You'll have to use your Draupnir Spear to climb up the terrain to get to where the rift is.

The Applecore, Svartalfheim

The final rift in Svartalfheim can be found at the Applecore. It's located in an area near the Applecore Mystic Gate.

The Plains, Vanaheim

South of the Crater

The rift that can be found in Vanaheim is located inside the arena where you have to fight the Crimson Dread dragon during the "For Vanaheim!" favor, just south of the Crater region.

Near the Celestial Altar

The last rift you need to look for can be found on the eastern side of the Plains region, near the Celestial Altar. The rift is located on a cliff beside the river.

The Lost Lindwyrn Rewards

Obtain the Rewards from Ratatoskr

Once you've collected all the Lindwyrn, head back to Yggdrasil and talk to Ratatoskr, where he'll give you a hefty amount of XP for your troubles. You'll also obtain the trophy "Rightful Place" after completing the favor.
