You can use Seeds to adjust a character's stats and change their personality to better fit their vocation. It is a good idea to farm Seeds throughout the game to have a steady supply of these items in case you want to change personalities.
Do note that each vocation may require different stat changes before their personality can change.

Paragon has a high growth rate for Strength, so it is great for Warrior vocations and the like. If you want to keep your Strength stat high, then aim to get a Paragon personality.
