You can use Seeds to adjust a character's stats and change their personality to better fit their vocation. It is a good idea to farm Seeds throughout the game to have a steady supply of these items in case you want to change personalities.
Do note that each vocation may require different stat changes before their personality can change.

Lout has a high growth rate for Luck, but it is overshadowed by Contrarian, Aristocrat, and Lucky Devil. If you want to prioritize your Luck stat, it is better to switch to these other personalities.
