Ymir's Altar in Asgard can be found on the eastern side of the island where the map marker for Asgard is.

Ymir's Tear Stones take the place of standard Wealth rewards you can find in the real world. Much like typical Wealth you find in the world, Tear Stones are denoted by a golden dot on your map, only showing its icon when you're near it or use Odin's Sight to reveal it.
