Inside of a clear south of the southern banks of the Tees River. It is within the Dalby Forest northeast of Jorvik.
Fabrics are pretty difficult to come by in Assassin's Creed Valhalla. The fastest and most guaranteed way of getting them would be to go out to high level areas and search for chests. Although not every chest you loot will contain Fabrics, this is the only way to get this rare crafting item.
