Starting Location

The quest starts in Ravensthorpe after pledging to Eurvicscire. This marks the beginning of The Sayings of Halfdan story arc.

Quest Walkthrough

No.	Objectives	Guide
1	Travel to Anlaf's Lookout	Travel north to Anlaf's Lookout in Eurvicscire.
2	Find Halfdan's army	Climb up towards the mountain pass to look for Faravid and his men. A cutscene will play out once you speak to Faravid. TIP: Use Raven's-Eye View to determine their exact location.
3	Defend Faravid and his men	Eliminate all Picts in the area.
4	Regroup with Faravid	Speak to Faravid after clearing the area to trigger another cutscene.
5	Meet Halfdan Ragnarsson	Travel to Donecaestre and meet Halfdan Ragnarsson. Dialogue options during the cutscene are inconsequential to the overall story.
6	Speak to Halfdan again	Wait for Halfdan to arrive at his private quarters and speak to him there again. Engage in multiple side activites or converse with the NPCs nearby to gain insight regarding the situation in Eurvicscire while waiting. Dialogue options during the cutscene are inconsequential to the overall story.
