AC Mirage - The Informant Walkthrough
The Informant is a contract mission you can take on in Assassin's Creed Mirage (AC Mirage). Read on for the contract details, how to start, how to complete the mission without killing anyone, and the rewards for completing the quest.

An Informant working for the rebels is entrapped in the Caravanserai. Liberate him.
Contractor Request Do not kill anyone.

How to Start the Informant

From Contract Boards in Hidden One Bureaus

AC Mirage - Contract Missions

You can start The Informant contract mission by accepting the quest from the Contract Board in any Hidden One Bureau.

To access these contract boards, you'll need to finish the Zeroing In Main Quest to unlock them. Upon returning to the Harbiyah Bureau, Abu Jafar will grant you access to the contract boards.

To unlock The Informant from the contracts board, you'll need to complete The State Official contract mission.

Once you complete that quest, you will receive a notification that a new contract is available to start at the Hidden One Bureaus.

Head to the Caravanserai

Make your way to the Caravanserai located in the Wilderness slightly northwest of Baghdad. This is the same area where you killed Al-Ghul during the First Order.

The fastest way to get there is by fast travelling to the Water Mill viewpoint and heading west.

Use Enkidu to Scan the Area

Use Enkidu to scan the area for the Informant, who is located in the central building in the middle of the plaza area.

Head Inside the Caravanserai

The canal entrance is no longer accessible during the contract mission, so you'll need to enter the Caravanserai by hopping up a tree on the left side of the building to head up tha battlements.

Talk to the Pot

Sneak your way to the central building and talk to the large orange pot. The Informant is stuck inside and will ask you to help him get out.

Break the pot by attacking it and talk to the Informant for more information.

Carry the Informant

Carry the informant and make your way outside. Although you can attempt to sneak past the guards, the Informant will periodically sneeze due to the spices in the pot, alerting the guards to your presence.

Exit through the Northern Entrance

We recommend running towards the northern entrance of the Caravanserai as you can't kill the guards unless you want to fail the contractor request.

You can still use Smoke Bombs while carrying the Informant, and we recommend getting the Mindwipe upgrade to make it easier to flee the guards.

Become Anonymous

You'll need to lose your guards and become anonymous to complete the quest. Once the guards are no longer chasing you, Basim will automatically drop the sneezing Informant and the contract mission will complete.

Contractor Request Rewards 2 Power Favor Tokens
65 Dirham

Completing the quest rewards 2 Skill Points, 2 Power Favor Tokens and 45 Components.

Successfully completing the optional contractor request will reward you an additional 2 Power Favor Tokens and 65 Dirham.

After picking up the kid i just jumped over the northen wall and hid in the bushes by the water until the guard that saw me by accident gave up. Was a lot easier then trying to time the guards by one of the gates.

"You can use smoke bombs while carrying the informant" This is just straight up not true, unless there's some super secret input I don't know about.
