Ali ibn Muhammad is based on the historical figure of the same name who was the fourth Idrisid emir of Morocco and part of the Idrisid dynasty. We speculate that Assasin's Creed Mirage will feature his activites as the leader of the Zanj Rebellion against the Abbasid Caliphate.
