AC Mirage - Sharqiyah Harbor Camp Throwing Knife

Head over to the other side of the house to see a barred window, which you can use throwing knives through to break the boarded-up window.

Parkour back to the now-opened window to get into the second floor, where the lost book can be found on a table.
