Assassin's Creed Mirage includes microtransactions at the Animus Store. These microtransactions include cosmetic costumes and outfits and weapons that have perks. It also includes a Maps Pack that reveals the locations of all Treasures, Lost Books, and Enigmas.
The Deluxe Pack, which is available by purchasing the Deluxe Edition of the game, is the only DLC available prior to the game's release. This pack includes skins inspired by Prince of Persia that you can use in the game.
The Forty Thieves is a quest that you can unlock when you pre-order the game. If you missed out on pre-ordering it, the quest will possibly be available as a DLC that you can purchase separately.
According to a Reddit AMA (Ask Me Anything) hosted by the Assassin's Creed Mirage's developers, there's currently no plans for DLCs or extensive post-launch support.
Despite the remarks from AC Mirage's developers, it wouldn't be unreasonable to expect a DLC in the near future since previous titles have DLCs that expands the story and gameplay. Assassin's Creed started having DLCs with their second game, and this practice continued consistently until Assassin's Creed Valhalla, their previous game.
The trend is likely to continue with Assassin's Creed Mirage, including more DLC packs for cosmetics and DLC expansions for additional story gameplay. This comes from the fact that all mainline Assassin's Creed games have included some kind of DLC since Assassin's Creed 2.

New questlines through DLCs are typically recommended to be progressed in the late game, as it is assumed that players have already finished the main story by the time the story expansion is added.
It's no surprise that cosmetics might be added as a DLC for Assassin's Creed Mirage, as previous titles' DLCs included costume packs that change the appearance of the protagonist and the equipment in-game.
While recent titles didn't have a multiplayer mode, Assassin's Creed Mirage was announced as a homage to the old games. Some of the older games had a multiplayer mode, and this might be added to the base game in the near future.
