1. Report to The Bureau
After your fourth assassination, Basim will awaken in the old Annbar Hideout. Once the cutscene with Nehal is over, fast travel to the Harbiyah Bureau and report back to Roshan.
The mission will end once the cutscene finishes, leaving Basim free to select his next objective.
