1. Investigate Ahmad's Office
While standing within the boundaries of the House of Wisdom, summon Enkidu to pinpoint the location of the Kahraman.
If you've completed the House of Wisdom main mission, and have just finished speaking with Fazil, the Kahraman will be standing fairly near Basim.
The Kahraman will tell Basim that Ahmad's office in the hallway directly behind where he is standing. Approaching and interacting with the door will prompt a cutscene with Nehal.

1. Diagram 1 After entering Ahmad's office, look immediately to your left to find 2 moveable bookcases. Push the right bookcase inwards as far as you can, and then push the left bookcase all the way to the right. Alternatively, you could push the right bookcase all the way inwards and then as much to the left as you can like we did in the video above. |

Once Basim enters Ahmad's office, there will be a total of 4 subjects Basim must examine to progress this portion of the mission.
The first subject is a diagram hidden behind some moveable bookshelves while the other 3 are displayed on the room and can easily be found using Eagle Vision.
2. Follow The Assistant
Once Basim finishes examining Ahmad's office, an assistant named Hamid will enter the room and offer Basim some help.
Follow the assistant as Basim shares some of his childhood memores about the House of Wisdom.
3. Kill The Attackers
Hamid will end up leading Basim into an ambush. Eliminate the attackers to progress.
4. Interrogate The Assistant
Once the attackers have been dispatched, interrogate the assistant who is cowering nearby. The assistant will then surrender a dig site map to Basim in exchange for his life.
5. Locate The Excavation Site
To view Hamid's Map, highlight the Excavation Site case, and “View Details”. From there, press the “Excavation Site Map” in the Related Clues section to bring up the map.
Hamid's Map depicts an excavation site soutwest of an Oasis. Open up your map and look for the site underneath the D in “BaghDad”.
6. Investigate The Site
Once Basim arrives at the excavation site, using Enkidu should reveal clues and objectives that will help Basim investigate the site.
Speaking to a Digger will prompt Basim to search the various chests in the dig site for clues. However, the only chest that Basim needs to search is the one hidden behind the moveable wall.
The objective chest should be located towards the corner of the dig site. It will be surrounded by guards, so Basim will need to deal with them before he can reach the chest.
Optional Objective: Hire Mercenaries
One of the objectives Enkidu will spot is a band of mercenaries hired to protect the dig site.
The mercenaries in question are not hostile, so Basim can approach them and offer to hire them for 1 Power Favor Token. These mercenaries can help Basim deal with the enemies in the dig site, making it easier to access the hidden chest.
7. Ask Doctor Hassan About Ahmad
Head to The Great Bimaristan and use Eagle Vision to search for Basim's next objective.
Eagle Vision will highlight Doctor Hassan's office in orange. Interact with the door to learn that it is locked, and that Basim must pickpocket the key from the head nurse who is roaming around the ground floor of the Bimaristan.
Use Eagle Vision to locate the Head Nurse who will have the key icon above her head. Pickpocket the nurse and head inside Doctor Hassan's office.
Investigate Doctor Hassan's office with Eagle Vision to examine a letter and a mask of The Order to proceed.
8. Assassinate Doctor Hassan
Head out of Doctor Hassan's office and use Eagle Vision once more to see a group of people that Basim must eavesdrop. Sit on the nearby bench and listen in on their conversation.
Next, head to the rooftop of the Bimaristan, where Doctor Hassan's private laboratory is located. Note that the rooftop section of the Bimaristan is a hostile area, so enemies will attack Basim on sight.
Using Eagle Vision will reveal another key icon which denotes the location of Doctor Hassan's private office. Don't worry about locating a key and instead head to the area above the private rooftop and enter the office through a broken window.
Doing so will lead Basim to a chandelier with an unsuspecting Doctor Hassan waiting to be assassinated below.
Once Doctor Hassan is dead, Ahmad will walk into the room and a cutscene will play out.
9. Leave The Bimaristan
Once the cutscene with Ahmad ends, leave the Bimaristan to complete this mission.
