Climb the back side of Mazalim Courts to reach the top more quickly. Eliminate any guards patrolling the upper area to clear obstacles.
You can locate a weak wall at the corner of the building. Use your Throwing Knife to break it and then proceed inside to find the gear chest.
Depending on the order you opened Mazalim Courts, Shurta Headquarters, and Al-Jahiz's House gear chests in the Round City, it can either be the Hidden One Outfit itself or its upgrade schematics.
