How to Start the Boat Heist
From Contract Boards in Hidden One Bureaus
You can start The Boat Heist contract mission by accepting the quest from the Contract Board in any Hidden One Bureau.
To access these contract boards, you'll need to finish the Zeroing In Main Quest to unlock them. Upon returning to the Harbiyah Bureau, Abu Jafar will grant you access to the contract boards.

Head to the Ditch Sluice of the Fief
Head to the Ditch Sluice of the Fief located north of Baghdad near the Wilderness. Once you get near the location, make sure to equp the Rostam Outfit which you can get by completing The Marked Coins contract mission.
Wearing this outfit will lower the noise Basim makes when moving, helping you remain undetected while navigating the Ditch Sluice.
Scope the Area for Enemies
Once you reach the outskirts of the Ditch Sluice, use Enkidu to scope the area for enemies. You can also track the location of the boat itself by focusing on it when scouting the area.

Assassinate the Guards
It's impossible to steal the boat without getting seen by the guards since they are patrolling spots where they can easily spot you when riding the boat.
We recommend assassinating all the guards in the area to meet the contractor's requirements. Keep in mind that you need to remain undetected when assassinating the guards so employ tools like Smoke Bombs, Throwing Knives, and Blowdarts to take out the guards without being seen.
Open the Sluice Gate
Once you get rid of all the guards, interact with the lever near the canal to open the sluice gate and ride the boat.
Basim will remark that it's safe to drive the boat if you killed all the guards in the area.
Drive the Boat to the Drop Off Area
Drive the boat out of the Ditch Sluice and follow the river towards the drop off area. Once you reach the drop off area, Basim will automatically disembark the boat to complete the contract mission.

Completing the quest rewards 115 Leather, 2 Merchant Favor Tokens, and 45 Components.
Successfully completing the optional contractor request will reward you an additional 25 Merchant Favor Tokens and 65 Dirham.
