The A Challenge enigma treasure is located inside the paper mill southeast of the Gate of Tahir. You need to use a throwing knife on a shut window through an open window on the second floor to get inside.

To gain access inside the barn, you need to throw a throwing knife through the a barred window beside the water wheel. Aim the throwing knife at the breakable wooden boards blocking a window that you can pass through. Afterward, hop inside the window to claim the A Challenge enigma's treasure.

The A Challenge enigma can be found on the second-story balcony of a house southeast of the House of Wisdom in Yasiriyah.

The A Challenge engima's note/poem makes reference to “intellects” and “the learned”. Where do the learned observe? The Observatory in Yasiriyah, of course. Across the Observatory, where the water paths split up, is a paper mill where you can claim the enigma.
