The Left Behind enigma treasure is located in the southern dock of an Abandoned Village west of the Wilderness.
You'll have to travel far to obtain the treasure from the initial Left Behind enigma location, so best to call your Mount. Travel southwest to the Abandoned Village (left of the “BA” in “Baghdad” on the map), where you can pick up the treasure by the dock and fish racks south of the village.
Left Behind Map Clue Explained
The Left Behind map clue shows a drawing of a village with an animal that looks like a jaguar/leopard beside the X marking the spot. This implies the location is in the Wilderness. Looking for a similar location in the map will lead you to an Abandoned Village in the Wilderness.

The Left Behind enigma can be found south of Metal Factory, in a house enclosed by barred doors. You'll need to collapse scaffolding to enter.
After collapsing the scaffolding, you can pick up the enigma beside the deceased man at the corner of the room.

The enigma is located on the second floor inside a room with a barred door. You can't open the door from the outside, so you'll have to collapse the adjacent scaffolding that's blocking a window you can climb through.

The treasure reward for solving Left Behind is the Horned Lion Talisman.
