The Rostam Set's strength is in its sword's and outfit's perks.
The Rostam Outfit is one of the best outfits you can have in the game because of Sound of Silence. It's great for infiltration missions and contract missions that don't require killing or assassinating enemies.
The Rostam Sword is the best sword in the game in terms of pure damage, with its Chain Reaction perk increasing the damage of your attacks by +5% up to a maximum of +50%.
The sword can deal a maximum of 90 Damage without any upgrades, and unlike other swords, only requires you to constantly attack enemies to get the damage buff. This makes it one of the strongest swords for taking out armored guards and Shakiriyya.
The only downside of this set is that each gear's upgrade schematics require you to finish a couple of Contract Missions.

Completing The Weapons Dealer contract will reward you with the Rostam Sword. Contracts can be accepted at the Contracts Board in any Hidden Ones' Bureau.
If you cannot find this contract, try completing other contracts first; the The Weapons Dealer
contract will eventually become available.
You can get the Rostam Dagger by completing The Satiric Poet Contract Mission.
Just like with The Weapons Dealer, if you cannot find this contract, try completing other contracts first until the The Satiric Poet
becomes available on the Contracts Board.
The Rostam Outfit can be obtained by completing The Marked Coins Contract Mission. Check the Contracts Board at any Hidden Ones' Bureau to see if this Contract Mission is available.
