1. Find Beshi

Beshi is found in the Upper Harbor, just northeast of the Harbiyah Bureau. Head out of the bureau and use Enkidu to help mark out Beshi.

2. Free The Rebels

There are a total of three captured rebels located in the nearby harbor. Basim will need to liberate each of these prisoners in order to progress the level.

Summon Enkidu to mark out the locations of each rebel before attempting your rescue.

Rebel 1 Location

The first northern most rebel is trapped behind a locked door on the ground floor of a hovel.

Basim will need to locate and pickpocket or dispatch the guard in order to free this rebel.

Rebel 2 Location

The second rebel is kept aboard the nearby ship, towards the bow. This rebel is accompanied by 2 nearby guards.

Rebel 3 Location

The final rebel is located to the south, underneath a red awning or canopy. This rebel has the most guards surrounding him, so make your approach carefully if you want to stay hidden.

3. Regroup With Beshi

Once Basim has freed all three rebels, he will then need to regroup with Beshi who will be waiting in a smaller dock south of the harbor.

Speaking to Beshi will end the quest and award Basim with a Power Favor Token.

Tips and Strategies for Contact The Rebels

Scout With Enkidu

As with most missions, Enkidu will prove to be Basim's best scouting asset. Dilligently marking enemies and taking note of hazards always helps Basim remain stealthy.

Use Throwing Knives

Some enemies will be grouped too closely together to eliminate without being spotted. Use Throwing Knives to dispatch 1 enemy and quickly Assassinate the other.

Utilize Environmental Hazards

Towards the center of the docks will be a large crane with hanging cargo. Throw your knife at the pulley to send the cargo crashing down on the enemies below.
