Head northwest of the gear chest icon on the map and find the destructible wooden lattice window. You can use Eagle Vision to find this as it will emit a red glow. Use your weapon to destroy the window and enter inside the room.
Pull the Middlemost Bookshelf
Find the middlemost bookshelf in the room and pull it to uncover the hidden area that contains the gear chest.
Scholar's Estate Gear Chest Reward
Abbasid Knight Sword or Its Upgrades
Depending on the order you opened the gear chest in the region, you may either obtain Abbasid Knight Sword or its upgrade schematic when you open the Scholar's Estate Gear Chest.
