The sword and dagger should always be together since the sword's perk, Burning Blade, requires an enemy that's currently on fire for it to activate, and the dagger compensates this requirement with its perk, In Flames, that sets enemies on fire upon a successful parry.
Having both weapons are great when dealing with multiple enemies to help chip away their health during combat. However, they don't synergize well with the set's outfit, as it's more useful for a stealthier approach.
The Fire Demon Outfit is an outfit that can't be dyed. It can't be customized and comes in one unique look.
The Fire Demon Set is included in the Fire Demon Pack, which is available for purchase in the Animus Store. You will receive the entire set upon reaching the first Hidden Ones' Bureau in Harbiyah, provided that you have purchased it.
