The Lightning Sword can be obtained by buying the Lightning Weapons Pack! You can buy it from the game's in-game store which you can access from the Main Menu of the game.
Make sure to link Ubisoft Connect to your game to access this pack from the store!
The Lightning Sword does not require any Upgrade Schematic as the weapon is already fully upgraded to the max tier upon receiving it.
The Lightning Sword is already fully upgraded and doesn't have further stat upgrades.
