1. Find Arib

Head towards the poet Arib's home, located west of the Harem inside the Round City.

Upon arriving at the location, interact with Arib's front door.

2. Infiltrate The Postal Bureau

From Arib's home, head north to reach the Postal Bureau.

3. Find Arib's Letters

Head to the ground floor of the postal bureau and use Eagle Vision to reveal multiple interactable letters scattered around.

Look for the messy pile of books and papers on a table beside a window to acquire the Strange Letter.

4. Attend Arib's Recital

Arib will performing at her recital only a short distance southeast from the Postal Bureau's location.

Head towards her recital and take a seat on one of the benches for a cutscene.

5. Defeat The Thugs

Arib's Patron will sic 3 thugs on Arib in an attempt to detain her. Defeat the thugs however you see fit.

6. Follow The Mouse Symbols

Follow the mouse symbols on the walls to eventually come to an interactable window to eavesdrop on the conversation insde.

The mission will end after the cutscene.
