AC Mirage How to Get Seleucia-on-the-Tigris Lost Book
You'll have to throw a red explosive vase from the elevated platform nearby to break the rocks the lost book is buried under.

Use Eagle Vision to find the exact location of the breakable rock floor in the area.

The Kitab al-Azif lost book is found exactly in the Seleucia-on-the-Tigris ruins in the marshlands of Wilderness East.

Note that this Lost Book does not show up on your map even after synchronizing the nearby viewpoint or after purchasing a Lost Book Map from the Cartographer.

In addition, the panel on the map only shows 1 Lost Book instead of two. This is likely caused by a bug.
