Nehal's investigation will enable you to track The Calling, the quest required to find and obtain the Legendary Isu Dagger. It mentions a chamber under the Northern Oasis, north of 'Aqarquf Dunes in the Wilderness.

Head to the oasis and dive into the water. Keep going deeper and swim through the gap that leads you to the chamber that holds the Legendary Isu set.

Offer 2 Mysterious Shards at one of the pedestals to unlock the Legendary Isu Dagger - The Samsaama.
