1. Leave The House of Wisdom
Depending on how you killed Fazil, you may or may not be surrounded by enemies once the cutscene of Fazil's death finishes.
Either way, escape the House of Wisdom by heading out the nearest door, through the corridor, and up some stairs to come out near a river.
2. Visit The Abbasiyah Bureau
Entering the premises of the Abbasiyah Bureau through fast travel or simply walking will trigger a cutscene. Finish viewing the cutscene to complete the Al-Rabisu mission line.
