How to Start the Perfume Trader

From Contract Boards in Hidden One Bureaus

You can start The Perfume Trader contract mission by accepting the quest from the Contract Board in any Hidden One Bureau.

To access these contract boards, you'll need to finish the Zeroing In Main Quest to unlock them. Upon returning to the Harbiyah Bureau, Abu Jafar will grant you access to the contract boards.

To unlock The Perfume Trader from the contracts board, you'll need to complete The Marked Coins contract mission.

Once you complete that quest, you will receive a notification that a new contract is available to start at the Hidden One Bureaus.

Head to the Oil Maker's District Assassinate the Guards Head Inside the Central Building Collect the Evidence Leave the Oil Maker's District Speak to the Delegate

Head to the Oil Maker's District

Make your way to thhe Oil Maker's District located in the southeastern section of Baghdad in Karkh.

We recommend equipping the Rostam Outfit before entering the restricted area to reduce the noise Basim makes when moving and remain undetected.

Assassinate the Guards

We recommend assassinating the guards, particularly the ones stationed on the rooftops including the Marksman at the central building.

The location has many flower stacks where you can hide and kill the guards without being seen. Just make sure to hide the bodies since the area is very small and the guards can cover a large area when investigating.

Head Inside the Central Building

Head inside the central using the open window on the second floor. You may also unbar the doors and windows once inside so you can leave the area faster.

Collect the Evidence

Once inside, you'll need to find 2 evidence to complete the quest. The first one is inside a bag on the second floor, while the other is inside a pot on the first floor.

The evidence are marked with an eye icon and you can also highlight them by using Eagle Vision.

Leave the Oil Maker's District

With both evidence obtained, leave the Oil Maker's District. We recommend exiting towards the Wilderness to avoid the two guards stationed near the entrance.

Speak to the Delegate

Once far enough from the Oil Maker's District, follow the quest marker and speak to the Delegate in Tabik to complete the contract mission.

The Perfume Trader Rewards

Completing the quest rewards 2 Skill Points, 2 Merchant Favor Tokens, and 45 Components.

Successfully completing the optional contractor request will reward you an additional 25 Merchant Favor Tokens and 65 Dirham.
