The first upgrade schematic for the Initiate of Alamut Outfit is given after reaching the Apprentice Rank. You'll attain this rank by reporting back to Roshan after successfully assassinating Al-Ghul in the First Order mission.
First Order Mission Walkthrough
Obtain the Upgrade Schematic of the Initiate of Alamut Outfit after reaching Assassin rank. This can be done by successfully assassinating the last of three order members in either the Gilded Butterflies, Den of the Beasts, or The Great Symposium mission.
