You can find the Cartographer at the end of the road west of the Basra Gate in Round City.

Located in the Best Pickpocket Route

AC Mirage - Located in the Best Pickpocket Route

The Cartographer is also located in the best route to pickpocket civilians.

Starting from the Cartographer, head east towards the Basra Gate and pickpocket civilians along the way to get Dirham, expensive trade goods, and Favor Tokens.
