The Dancer Walkthrough

The Dancer is a contract mission you can take on in Assassin's Creed Mirage (AC Mirage). Read on for the contract details, how to start, how to escort the Dancer without taking damage, and the rewards for completing the quest.

How to Start the Dancer

From Contract Boards in Hidden One Bureaus

You can start The Slave Trapper contract mission by accepting the quest from the Contract Board in any Hidden One Bureau.

To access these contract boards, you'll need to finish the Zeroing In Main Quest to unlock them. Upon returning to the Harbiyah Bureau, Abu Jafar will grant you access to the contract boards.

Requires Completion of the Serpent's Nest

To unlock The Dancer, you'll need to complete The Serpent's Nest main mission. Once you complete it, you will receive a notification that a new contract is available to start at the Hidden One Bureaus.

Head to the Palace of the Green Dome Bribe the Group Find Yasmeen Escort Yaseem Eliminate the Guards in the Garden Clear the Final Area Follow Yaseem Out of the Palace

Head to the Palace of the Green Dome

Head to the Caliphal Palace, also known as the Palace of the Green Dome located in the very center of Baghdad in the Round City.

Take note that during the mission, it's not possible to fast travel to the viewpoint in the Palace of the Green Dome so you'll need to enter the Palace manually.

Enter the Palace Grounds using the Cracked Wall

We recommend entering the Palace Grounds via the cracked wall on the western side of the outer walls to prevent guards from harassing and potentially attacking you.

Bribe the Group

Near the entrance of the palace are two groups of people that you can bribe with 1 Merchant Favor Token. Pay either one of the groups and follow them closely so you can enter the palace.

Find Yasmeen

You can use your Eagle Vision to scan the area for dancers, who are highlighted in orange. Asking the wrong dancer will result in them pointing you to Yaseem's location.

You'll need to head up to the second floor and look for the large room with arches. The lone dancer inside this room is Yaseem.

Put the Guards to Sleep

Before heading up the room where Yaseem is, we recommend putting the guards in the first floor to sleep using the Blowdart as they will help the guards chasing Yaseem, making it more difficult to not get hit while escorting her.

Follow Yaseem down the first floor where the two of you will get attacked by 2 guards. You'll need to kill the two guards as putting them to sleep will cause Yaseem to not move to the next part of the palace.

We recommend using a Smoke Bomb as soon as the guards chase after you so you can easily assassinate them and avoid getting hit since you'll have less room to dodge within the crowded first floor.

Eliminate the Guards in the Garden

Yaseem will stop at a section of the Palace Gardens patrolled by 4 guards. Use the nearby flower beds to lure and assassinate them stealthily to avoid getting hit.

Clear the Final Area

Follow Yaseem until the two of you arrive in the open area near the palace gates where 3 guards will attempt to her from leaving. We recommend taking care of the armored guard first since they are immune to getting parried.

The Smoke Bomb is once again very useful here since you can throw it at the armored guard while he charges at you to stun him and assassinate him within the cloud. You can then employ the same tactic to the two other unarmored guards to avoid getting hit.

Follow Yaseem Out of the Palace

After killing the three last guards, follow Yaseem out of the palace. She'll stop by a small alleyway and will thank you for helping her which completes the contract mission.

The Dancer Rewards

Completing the quest rewards 2 Scholar Favor Tokens, 45 Components, and the Rostam Dagger Schematic.

Successfully completing the optional contractor request will reward you an additional 2 Scholar Favor Tokens and 65 Dirham.
