Climb the East Wing of the Palace of the Green Dome

Climb the east wing of the Palace of the Green Dome after The Serpent's Nest main mission. The balcony door needed to enter will be open after that mission.

Go the the Northeast Building of Harem

There will be a broken railing that allows you to perform a leap of faith that lands you on the palace grounds.

Move East and Avoid the Guards

Stick to the walls on your right to sneak past the first guards. Crouch on the tall grass to remain undetected.

Assassinate two Guards by the Wall

Assassinate the guards by the garrison wall and beast den to remain undetected while climbing the wall.

Climb the Garrison Wall and Cross to the Other Side

Climb the garrison wall and drop to the other side before the staircase to avoid the guards on the other side.

Climb to the Balcony on the East Wing of the Palace

Turn left after dropping from the garrison wall and you will see an outer wall of the palace which is diagonally aligned. Climb that wall and enter the palace library through the balcony door.

Get the Lost Book on the Left from the Balcony Door

Use your eagle vision to highlight the book, it will be on your right glowing gold.
