Breakfall is arguably the most important skill to unlock first once you get 2 skill points as it allows you to survive a potentially deadly fall when being chased or simply traversing through rooftops and other locales.
Chain Assassination is another great skill to get as soon as you can afford it, allowing you to efficiently take out groups of enemies even in range.
