Method 1 - Destroy the Wooden Beam Using a Throwing Knife

The Bazaar Gear Chest is tied to a quest called Gilded Butterflies where the guards will lead you inside the room that has the gear chest. However, you can reach the room earlier by destroying the wooden beam on the locked door.
Note that using this method may cause a gamebreaking bug where you cannot complete the Gilded Butterflies as the assassination target for that quest becomes invincible.
1. Use a Throwing Knife through the Window
Climb up to the second floor and look at the window with the latticework pattern above the green stall.
Use Eagle Vision to find the red glow that indicates the wooden beam on the barred door. Aim at it until your crosshair turns red.
Make sure to have a Throwing Knife that has the Extended Range tier 1 upgrade in order to break the wooden beam through the window.
2. Climb the Stack of Crates to Reach the Second Floor
After breaking the wooden beam, drop down on the ground floor and head right until you reach a pile of crates that are stacked towards the wall. Climb on these crates to reach the second floor.
3. Turn Left and Reach the Door that Leads to the Gear Chest
Reach the second floor and turn left until you reach the door. Open the door and find the gear chest on the right side of the room to obtain your reward.
Method 2 - Progress through the Gilded Butterflies Quest
The chest is located in a locked room that will open during the Gilded Butterflies quest. Simply proceed through the quest until you reach the part where you will be let inside the room that contains the gear chest.

Abbasid Knight Dagger or Its Upgrades
The rewards of The Bazaar Gear Chest are related to the Abbasid Knight Dagger.
Depending on the order you opened The Great Garrison, Qasr Salih, and The Bazaar gear chests in Karkh, it can either be the Abbasid Knight Dagger itself or its upgrade schematics.
