Bring Flyers, not Cavalry

Cavalry can barely traverse the desert because of the sand, and infantry still has a hard time. Bring flyers to keep mobile in this map.

Take Out the Thieves Early for Loot

The Phantom Soldiers are more than capable of defeating the thieves, but if they defeat them, you won't get access to the loot. Defeat them before the phantom soldiers do.

Use the Immortal Corps' Gambit against The Wind Caller

Claude's Immortal Corp can use Ashes and Dust to destroy the armor of the Wind Caller fully in two turns. Because he's so massive, you can send your whole army to attack him at once, which you need to be able to kill him.

Paralogue: The Sleeping Sand Legend - After the Battle

You and Claude return to the monastery and talk about what he found. He laments, but presents you with the Sword of Begalta.
