Both Attuned Timerra and Aided Reginn are blue units that colorshare on this banner.
Attuned Timerra is a great Attuned Hero with a loaded base kit ready for battlefield use and skill duplication, while Aided Reginn is a new type of hero called Aided Heroes that provide an Aide's Essence when summoned.
Aide's Essence is a one-time use per hero item that grants a permanent, non-reversible HP/Atk/Spd/Def/Res+1 boost.
Both units perform well in-game and have great skill fodder as well.

While Attuned Timerra is a great unit both in battle and for skill duplication, this banner is bait for players to exhaust their orb stashes.
We will be receiving an Emblem Heroes Banner at the end of the month, and there is a good chance that Emblem Celica will be colorsharing with the new Emblem Hero.
We recommend players to save their orbs and spend them on the upcoming Emblem Heroes Banner instead.
If you need an Attuned Hero to use for skill duplication, Attuned Timerra is one of the best Attuned Heroes to use as a skill bank. She already comes with great skills like Time Pulse Echo, Laguz Friend 4 and Breath of Life 4, and her status as a melee infantry unit allows her to acquire infantry-exclusive skills like Infantry Pulse 4 to pass on to other units too.
