    Pandreo is obtainable via quests (from the Aided Heroes Release celebration quests) and he will also be placed in the normal summoning pool as a 3★ or 4★ summon. We designated him as a free unit for the banner because all players can get Pandreo for free through the quests.

    Why does the banner list him as a free unit, but the article says he's available in regular summons, under the "how to obtain" section? In that sense, everyone is free if u happen to pull them with the free summon. I wish it told how we're actually getting him when released.
