The best IVs for Pandreo are +Res and -Def. As a demote unit with no exclusive skills, Pandreo will be reliant on his base stats to outperform other units. Pandreo's base Res is very high and can be used as a magic tank for his team despite his lack of exclusive skills.
Pandreo's Def is abysmal at only base 18 and should be taken as a bane as no amount of investment will protect him against any halfway decent physical attacker.
+Res for a +10 merge
We recommend +Res when merging Pandreo up to +10 to ensure he performs in his roles as a magic tank and support.

Pandreo Roles
Pandreo is a ranged magic attacker (range = 2). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage he deals will be equivalent to his Atk minus the foe's Res stat.
Pandreo Strengths
Respite+ is a great supportive staff
Pandreo's Respite+ grants Def/Res+2 and a Guard effect to nearby allies, even when he is not in combat.
This weapon is perfect for support healers by enhancing the combat prowess of allies passively even without stepping into combat.
High Res
Pandreo's high base 47 Res allows him to soak magic damage from his foes in addition to his usual supportive role as a healer unit.
Pandreo can fulfill multiple roles in a team due to his specialized stat spread, which he sorely needs due to his lack of exclusive skills to set him apart from other units.
Pandreo Weaknesses
Low Physical Bulk
Pandreo's base 40 HP and 18 Def leave him highly vulnerable to enemies that deal physical damage, as he has no way to prevent incoming damage by himself.
Keep him away from these foes to ensure his survival.
Lack of Unique Skills
Pandreo suffers from not having any unique skills to call his own, making him unable to stand out amongst other units.
Staff Infantry units are quite abundant in the game, and lacking an exclusive skill makes Pandreo replaceable by better units.

twztid13 about 1 yearWhy does the banner list him as a free unit, but the article says he's available in regular summons, under the "how to obtain" section? In that sense, everyone is free if u happen to pull them with the free summon. I wish it told how we're actually getting him when released.
