Attuned Caeda is the star of this banner with her multiple damage reduction effects, including flat damage reduction against armored and cavalry foes. On top of these damage reduction effects, Attuned Caeda heals herself for 7-14 HP per attack depending on her foe's movement type, giving her great sustain throughout multiple engagements.
Fodder wise, Attuned Caeda also has amazing skills to be used for inheritance, including the Attuned Skill Guard Echo which can be given to any unit.

A Hero Rises 2024 is coming next week and will be a better use of your orbs if you are looking to increase the overall value of your barracks.
However, if none of the heroes on that banner are appealing to you, we recommend summoning on this banner until you acquire a copy of Attuned Caeda.
Offensive team compositions are loading up on high movement units such as cavalry mages in order to blitz the enemy teams. Attuned Caeda is a great counter to those teams as she has a flat damage reduction effect, reducing the damage she takes equal to the highest number of total stat bonuses among herself and nearby allies. More often than not, this will reduce damage taken by at least 24, as Attuned Caeda can grant herself Atk/Spd/Def/Res+6 from her base kit's skills.
Additionally, as an Attuned hero, Attuned Caeda can be used to bank rare skills and duplicate them through additional copies.

twztid13 over 1 yearOk i think i understand now. Merric only disables the percentage based non special dmg reduction skills, but she also has a flat rate skill, so that would still take effect. Is that accurate? Sorry, these skills can get so confusing for a newer player.

Nope. Flat damage reduction is true reduction. No DR piercing skill will disable it. It takes effect after DR piercing skills pierces your regular DR. In simple words. Every hit you make on Caeda will do at least 24 less damage than what you should have done whether there is DR piercing or not. I believe that along with seasonal Axe Altina she is the best omnitank in the game right now. I have never seen my Altina lose more than 50% of her HP even to pre-combat damage dealers.
