+Spd / -Def

The best IVs for Yuliya are +Spd and -Def. Spd is a superboon and boosts Yuliya's Spd up to base 50, allowing her to outspeed majority of the metagame and preventing follow-up attacks against other speedy units.

Yuliya's base Def is only at 21, and reducing it further will not change the fact that she will fall to any halfway-decent physical attacker. Taking Def as a bane is her best option.

+Spd for a +10 merge

We recommend +Spd when merging Yuliya up to +10 to ensure she isn't receiving follow-up attacks from fast metagame units.

How to Use, Explanation

Yuliya has the stats necessary to be a good offensive Staff unit. Atk/Spd Oath 4's bonuses activate Atk/Spd Ideal 4; the two skills work well on just about any offensive unit.

How to Use, Explanation

Yuliya's base kit makes her an adequate support unit with her high Spd protecting her from follow-up attacks. Dazzling or Wrathful Staff can be ran on the B skill slot; refine her staff with the other effect you didn't equip.

Yuliya is a ranged magic attacker (range = 2). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage she deals will be equivalent to her Atk minus the foe's Res stat.

Yuliya's inheritable Sunlight+ inflicts 【Guard】 onto the nearest foes within 5 spaces of Yuliya and all foes with a Savior skill within 2 spaces of affected foes .

In combat, Sunlight+ grants Atk/Spd+5 to Yuliya and inflicts a Res penalty onto her foe based on the number of non-stat【Bonus】 and 【Penalty】 effects active on foe. The Res penalty effects stacks up to a maximum of Res-16, making it quite strong if applied at maximum or near-maximum power.
