What Kind of Character Are They? | ・Weapon skill is effective against beasts and flying foes, grants bonus stats, has a Time's Pulse effect, grants variable damage reduction, and deals true damage when Special is ready or triggers. |
Might: 14 Range: 2 Accelerates Special trigger (cooldown count-1). Effective against beast and flying foes. At start of turn, if unit is within 3 spaces of an ally and unit's Special cooldown count is at its maximum value, grants Special cooldown count-1 to unit. If unit is within 3 spaces of an ally, grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+5 to unit and reduces damage from foe's first attack by X% during combat (if in combat against a beast foe, or a cavalry or flying foe with Range = 2, X = 60; otherwise, X = 30), and also if unit's Special is ready or unit's Special triggered before or during this combat, deals +7 damage during combat (except when dealing damage with area-of-effect Specials). |
Cooldown Count = 2 Treats foe's Def/Res as if reduced by 30% during combat. |
If unit is within 3 spaces of an ally, grants Atk/Spd+6 to unit during combat, and also, if unit's Special is ready or unit's Special triggered before or during this combat, deals +5 damage during combat. (Except when dealing damage with area-of-effect Specials.) |
Disables foe’s skills that guarantee foe’s follow-up attack and foe’s skills that prevent unit’s follow-up attack. |

◯ = Stat gains +4 with a superboon, ✕= Stat goes down by -4 with a superbane, - = No assets or flaws
See the IV Checker for All Units | Trait Fruits—How to Change IVs |
When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.
The best IVs for Young Rebecca are +Spd and -Def. Her Spd is quite high at base 45, and investment will be necessary in order to keep up with the fastest units in the metagame.
Her Def is below average at only base 22 and is a safe bane to take as it will not impact any of her matchups.
We recommend a +Spd IV when merging Young Rebecca up to +10, as she will need every point of investment in order to keep up with other fast units.

Note: Stats bonuses from skills are not taken into account.
Young Rebecca is a ranged physical attacker (range = 2). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage she deals will be equivalent to her Atk minus the foe's Def stat.
Young Rebecca is a great hero to have when facing teams built around beast units, especially Fomortiis. Her Gusty War Bow alone gives her enough advantage against beast units. It has beast and flying effectivity and damage reduction that can reach up to 60% when facing beasts, cavalry, and flying units.
With everyone getting a copy of Fomortiis as the winner of A Hero Rises 2023, it is expected to see him everywhere. Keeping her around can help you take him down easily!
Young Rebecca, unfortunately, is ★4 Special Hero that only comes with lower-tiered skills. She will need more than her base kit to reach her full potential as an Anti-Beast unit, As a bow unit, she would need Deadeye, an upgrade to Atk/Spd Finish 4 and a premium Passive C skill like Time's Pulse 4 to complete her kit.
Should You Unlock Potential for this Hero? |
---|
We recommend that you use Unlock Potential to bring Rebecca - Breezy Scamp from 4 Stars to 5 Stars. Rebecca - Breezy Scamp is a very useful modern bow infantry, so we recommend you Unlock Potential for Rebecca - Breezy Scamp if your team lacks a strong modern bow infantry.

Young Rebecca has Atk/Spd Finish 3 and Null Follow-Up 3 as good inheritance options. She is the perfect ladder for anyone who plans to pass down Atk/Spd FInish 4 from heroes with other good inheritance options like Sage Nino who also has Time's Pulse 4 and Spd Preempt 3 on her kit.
We recommend focusing on Atk/Spd Finish 3 as it is a rarer skill compared to Null Follow-Up 3, which is widely available.
