Ascended Elincia is the star of this banner, bringing a new set of Staff-exclusive skills in Light's Restraint and Dazzling Shift.

The rest of her kit is also valuable, with Rescue+ and Spd/Res Hold being rare skills as well.

As a unit, she is an offensive Staff flying unit capable of defeating foes with her large Atk/Spd in-combat bonuses. She also applies Guard and Special cooldown count +1 to multiple foes upon attacking, protecting her team from enemy Special skills.

For the most part, this summon does not warrant spending many orbs on. While the heroes here are certainly not bad, none of them are good enough justify wasting tons of orbs for, so other than the free pull, we recommend skipping this one.
