We recommend a +Atk/-Def IV for Nyx. Her Atk is a superboon and she will benefit greatly from the increased Atk boosting her attacking power together with the return damage from her weapon. Her Def is beyond salvageable, thus taking it as a bane is a safe choice.
+Atk for a +10 Merge
We recommend taking +Atk as your boon of choice when building a +10 merged Nyx. Boosting her burst potential is key in maximizing the use of her weapon.

How to Use, Explanation
This build relies on refined Ginnungagap to survive Nyx's foe's counterattack with the built-in Miracle effect, then counter back with heavy damage buffed by her damage reflection effect and Magic Light.

We recommend the Special Effect Refine for Ginnungagap
Refined Ginnungagap grants Nyx and nearby allies Atk/Spd+6, 【Anathema】, and 【Null Follow-Up】, giving useful bonuses to herself and her allies. 【Anathema】 can stack and building up multiple sources of it impacts combat heavily if units are positioned properly.
Refined Ginnungagap also grants Nyx in combat a total ot Atk/Spd+12, bonus Atk/Spd equal to 10% of Nyx's Spd, bonus true damage equal to 20% of her Spd, 40% damage reduction on her foe's first attack, damage reflection equal to the amount of damage reduced, a Miracle effect, and 10 HP post-combat healing.
This refine allows Nyx to lean into her improved offenses, relying on the Miracle effect to survive and nuke down her foe with her damage reflection effect.

Nyx is a ranged magic attacker (range = 2). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage she deals will be equivalent to her Atk minus the foe's Res stat.

Inherit Spd/Res Solo 4 and Null Follow-Up 3
Nyx can be used to inherit Spd/Res Solo 4 and Null Follow-Up 3. From these options, Spd/Res Solo 4 is the rarest, as Nyx is the only hero with this skill (As of July 2021). There are a handful of other heroes with Null Follow-Up 3 available for inheritance, so think carefully when choosing to use Nyx as a source hero.
