She has access to powerful debuffs via her prf weapon, in addition to a powerful Harmonized Skill which allows her to grant another action to one of her allies, allowing for amazing support. If you are in the market for a new dancer / support unit to put on your team, P!Dorothea may just what you were looking for.

This banner's 4 Star Summon is Raphael. In addition to his 5 Star appearance rate, his 4 Star version has a 3% appearance rate, making it pretty easy to pull him. If you really want this unit, you can just shoot for a 4 Star version and then unlock his potential to make him a 5 Star.
