units usually climb the tier after a while. pretty sure she'll reach 9.9 soon

I don't understand how she isn't a 9.9/10 by now. Duo Peony is probably the most powerful dancer in the game (stats + duo skill + amazing weapon, base kit skills), scores well due to being a duo character, and can be blessed with anything.
