I wish y'all would better explain why some units, like this one, have an 8.5 overall ranking, but an S reroll ranking. A reroll would be at the beginning of the game, so u can't include the refined weapon, since by the time someone builds up enough divine dew to refine his weapon, they will likely begin to have fodder to inherit skills (where he's rated a B). Maybe it's just because it's an old rating, but I know there are other similar ones that just don't make sense to me, having used them.
