The best unit in this summon is HS! Hinoka. Her weapon skill Splashy Bucket+ is effective on dragons and calculates damage using the lower of a foe's Def/Res. Additionally, it will cancel out the effects of skills like Wrathful Staff.

These skills are all quite useful against units like Legendary Robin or Legendary Tiki. However, as a dagger unit, keep in mind that she does not have the best defensive stats, and generally wants to avoid getting counterattacked.
