A Miracle Everyone Should Make Use Of

If Second Chance goes off, it can continually be reapplied, meaning as long as you have the MP for it you effectively can't die. This is especially useful when you first enter New Game Plus where enemies and bosses will be much stronger than before and your chances of dying are higher. Casting Second Chance has no downsides so using it before exploring an area or fighting a boss just to be safe is highly recommended.

Second Chance can be obtained from Saint Urbain. Urbain is not initially found in the Nexus, rather he must be rescued from the Shrine of Storms in order to learn Miracles from him.

The Hero Demon Soul is obtained by slaying the major demon Old Hero. Demon Souls obtained from defeating bosses have other ways to be used as well, so be sure to double check our guide before exchanging them!
