How to Beat Cursed Spume
You can safely defeat it by shooting with a bow.

Cursed Spumes are variants of Spumes that shoot Fire Shots that are cursed. Being hit by these shots will render your equipment unusable.

As they are often found in one of the last dungeons in the game, your arsenal of weapons can easily defeat Cursed Spumes.

Disabled Equipument

Cursed Spumes will shoot cursed shots that will disable you from using your equipment. This is indicated by your equpiment HUD being greyed out. Avoid this as necessary.

Shield Bash Cursed Spume shots

You can also block Cursed Spume's shots by using Shield Bash at the precise time. However, this will not repel and deflect back to the Cursed Spume.

Use and throw Bombs to instantly defeat Cursed Spumes. Like Magma Spumes, as the area is covered in lava, Bombs will explode the moment it touches the surface, so aim freely around the Magma Spume.
